DSO at Toad's
I am 100% certain I saw DSO at Toad's but the dates don't seem right. I would have thought I saw them in 2004 or even 2003. Anyhow, this show sounds good. Thanks.

Think about it....
Think about how good these guys could be if they put all the time they have into copying the Dead's sound into making their own. I have played professionally for 25+ years and would never want to be in a Dead cover band even though I saw them 200 times. I would have to do at least some other tunes. It gets to the point were it is good fun, but just ridiculous that people are posting that DSO is the Dead. Sorry they are not and never will be!

Great Show, Love that DSO
Great sound. Rob B does grate on keys. In regaurds to a previous review, DSO has never played a 69 show. The earliest year they have covered is 71.

Wish i had been there.
Another grate performance by the band. DSO is DEAD! ThatÂs all you really need to know. Their talent will make any song or set list a historical night. With a set list like the one for this show. Its bound to be beyond description. DSO, Thank you all once again. I am forever grateful.

excellent musicianship!
They are not a cover band, as I had expected, but a marvelous musical experience, and this is an excellent introduction. Anyone interested in 1969, 1973, 1977 Grateful Dead may find this a worthy successor! Best wishes to the band, and thank you to the last reviewer for getting me to listen to this.

hey now---dso rocks toad's place....
being a very big fan of dso and having seen a good number of their shows now, i feel i can say that this is the band at their best. my friends and i drove all the way from philly the catch this show, and i'll never miss one there again. highlights were shakedown first set closer, and of course, the entire second set. amazing song selection and execution....this is a must get!!! don't pass it up!!!!
